The drawings of slicers and slicing guides on this website are our own work. The photo-style bread scenes are AI-generated illustrative images; they show no specific product and no real bakery or kitchen.
Our own drawings instead of product photos
We drew the product drawings and the graphic on the homepage ourselves. They show the principle of each type – hand-crank slicer, crank slicer with carriage, slicing guide, electric food slicer – not a specific model. We deliberately use no product photos from Amazon or from manufacturers.
AI-generated scene images
The photo-style images of loaves, slices, a drawer and a bakery shelf were generated with an image model from OpenAI. They are illustrative images only: they show no slicer, no brand and no product you can buy through this site, and they are not photos of real places or events. The historic-looking bakery scene is not a historical photo. Every image was reviewed before use, and images with garbled text or technically wrong details were discarded before publication.
